Job Description
Install and commission on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
Connect inverters, batteries, charge controllers (MPPT), and protection devices.
Perform DC/AC wiring, MC4 connections, circuit breaker installation, SPD, and proper earthing.
Mount structures and fix solar panels as per design layout.
Ensure proper cable routing, dressing, and safety compliance.
Test, troubleshoot, and verify system performance after installation.
Provide work updates and site reports via WhatsApp and email.
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- HSC
Skills Required:

Experience Required:
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Power
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Only Male
Experience with Solar system installation (On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid Inverter, battery, charge controller/MPPT, protection devices etc.)
DC/AC electricity basic knowledge.
Able to do connection of MC4 connectors, Circuit Breakers, SPD and earthing.
Able to do Structure mounting, panel fixing as per design and cable dressing.
Able to use whatsapp and email for updating the work.
